Some people become so deeply relaxed like they sink into the chair, some feel a light and floating sensation, and others people feel focused on listening to me speak to them.
Whatever you feel is exactly what you are supposed to feel Your deep subconscious mind is brought to the forefront, and your conscious mind is quiet and observing. So when you’re hypnotized, you have greater access to material that is more deeply embedded inside of you.When you’re in this hypnotic state, you’re also going to find your attention is focused, and it’s almost as if your body is sleeping while your deeper mind is fully aware and awake.
Using hypnosis, changes to all kinds of things can be done rapidly as the unconscious is able to process information more effectively without the interference of the critical mind. This is known as desensitization.
